  • What’s the best tip you’ve ever gotten?

    If losing the money on a bet will make you sadder than the feeling you’ll get from winning, don’t bet. 

  • If you’re not writing, what do you usually do?

    I grew up in the 1990s and early 2000s. During that time, I got into World of Warcraft and it’s one of my main hobbies today. 

  • What’s a fun fact people might not know about you?

    I used to be a screaming vocalist in a metal band. 

  • What is the worst bet you’ve ever made?

    I added Alabama as a moneyline leg to a seven-leg parlay in 2021 against Texas A&M. They were the final leg to win $5,000. I could’ve cashed out for $3,400, but opted to stick with it. They lost 41-38.

  • What's an often-overlooked feature that can make or break an online casino?

    Live chat. Always have this. It makes players feel way more secure about playing there.
