Key Takeaways

  • 100 Thieves beat FlyQuest at the Marvel Rivals Invitational NA 2025
  • They won the series 4-2 in a best-of-seven
  • FlyQuest held a 2-1 lead through three games before 100 Thieves won three straight

The Marvel Rivals Invitational NA 2025 has a winner: 100 Thieves.

The organization took down FlyQuest in the grand finals.

100 Thieves won the best-of-seven series, 4-2, and took home the largest share of the $100,000 prize pool.

More About the Win

The championship occurred on Sunday, March 23, at 9:30 pm ET.

In the semifinals, FlyQuest took down Sentinels. However, they had to deal with 100 Thieves again, a team they had already lost to in the Swiss rounds on Day 2.

FlyQuest played well in the first half, but 100 Thieves came away with the win.

“We’re feeling really good after that. Like the first three maps, we really weren’t locked in, a lot of people were nervous. As a group we’ve all just been here for the first time at a land centre all together or a compound, and it’s an unreal experience that we’ve had, especially in this Marvel Rivals Invitational, said Marschal Weaver of 100 Thieves.

Recap of Each Round

  • Game 1: 100 Thieves take the win at Yggrasill Path, winning 2-1 in convoy.
  • Game 2: FlyQuest wins 2-1 in domination at Birnin T’Challa.
  • Game 3: FlyQuest wins again, 1-0 in convergence, at Hall of Djalia.
  • Game 4-6: 100 Thieves wins out, including wins at Hell’s Heaven, Midtown, and Shin-Shibuya. In Game 5, they won 3-1 in convoy, and in Game 6, 3-0 in convergence.

“Next as a team we got two more days in LA, we’re going to just keep grinding and then as soon as we get home, the grind doesn’t stop. We want to be the first dynasty on this game. We have that opportunity, why not bring it?” Weaver, who goes by the name Terra, also said.

With the win, 100 Thieves took home $40,000.

Here are the payouts for the remaining spots:

  • 2nd ($20,00): FlyQuest
  • 3rd ($12,000): Sentinels
  • 4th ($8,000): ENVY
  • 5th/6th ($6,000): Shikigami, NTMR
  • 7th/8th ($4,000): Shroud-X, Rad Esports

Potential For Invitational vs. EMEA?

100 Thieves are the NA Champions, while Virtus.pro won in the EMEA region.

With that, questions have been raised about a potential global invitational that could result in teams like 100 Thieves and Virtus.pro playing against each other.

“Everyone says their own opinions in Twitch chats and all that, like the scores with us and Virtus.pro, everyone doesn’t believe that it’s 50/50, but it’s 50/50 when we’re rotating pings. So as I like to say, there’s no like ‘they’re the best team in EU, we’re the best team in NA.’ When we’re all on a fair playing field, that’s when you figure out who the best is,” Terra said.
