Blizzard has announced its upcoming Hearthstone Esports 2025 circuit. The lineup looks set to be even more competitive.

The 2025 campaign features two Masters Tour Championships and the World Championship. Teams will have three chances to qualify for the final event of the season: the Spring Championship, the Summer Championship, and the Last Chance Qualifier.

How to Qualify for Hearthstone Esports

To get in on the action, players must earn Competitive Points by getting into the top 100 on the leaderboard during Qualification Period months.

There are also three open qualifiers that’ll be held during each of those months. There, the top four players from each region will go to the Master Tour Playoffs. Once there, the winner and runner-up will secure a spot in the Masters Tour Championship.

“Our focus this year is to open up new paths for more players to participate in these premier events. We want to invest in the competitive Hearthstone community, so our improvements this year are primarily designed to make the system wider instead of taller,” Blizzard said.

More About the Masters Tour Championship and World Championship

The Masters Tour Championship will bring 16 teams together. Of these 16, six will be from the Masters Tour Playoffs, and the other 10 will be based solely on Competitive Points.

Then, the top four players from each Masters Tour Championship will go on to the World Championship, and the final competitors will also get a shot via the Last Chance Qualifier.

The Last Chance Qualifier is global, and the winner will take the final spot in the World Championship.

The World Championship has a prize pool of about $500,000. It can be viewed on Heartstone’s YouTube and Twitch channels.
