High Roller Delights
Caesars Palace added two new high limit salons as extensions of existing high limit areas. Aures, the fancy new high limit table games room, carries a gold theme to match the ancient Roman gold coin that inspires its name. The salon features two European Roulette tables with a $100 minimum bet limit and four blackjack tables with minimum bets ranging from $100 to $500.
The high limit slot parlor right off the main casino floor also got a refresh. The revamped salon echoes the dome design above the main casino and splashy new chairs worthy of the luxury promised at the property.
A Swanky Cocktail Lounge
Caesars Palace also added Caspian’s Cocktails and Caviar to its list of posh debuts, sitting in the former Cleopatra’s Barge space. The speakeasy-style venue welcomes guests with a caviar bar and unique craft cocktail menu. Inside, the rock-n-roll lounge entices with Parisian flair and a stage for live music.
“Clique’s Hospitality’s new Caspian’s Cocktail & Caviar Rewrites the rules on refined. Hidden behind a picturesque caviar bar lives the bustling hideaway for serious rock fans. Caspian’s features emphatic live music nightly and just the right amount of mischievousness. A speakeasy shrouded in mystery, Caspian’s blends music, elegance, stealthiness and a thriving electric pulse,” shares the lounge in its official description.
Celebrity Food Hall Upgrade
Caesars Palace made upgrades to the food court, renaming it the “Celebrity Food Hall” and adding three new concepts. The first is Buddy B’s Pizzeria from Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro to replace DiFara Pizza. Moka Bar from celebrity chef Esther Choi and Tortazo from Michelin-starred Chef Rick Bayless opened next to each other; their menus are limited but are likely to do the trick to satisfy cravings.
